• 2004-June 2005: Law Offices of Allan C. Roth, Associate. Engaged in representing solely management in all aspects of employment and labor law, and general civil litigation. Responsible for all phases of litigation at the trial and appellate level.
• 2003-2004: Law Clerk to the Honorable Karen M. Cassidy, J.S.C., Superior Court, Civil Division, Union Vicinage. Prepared bench memorandum for all motions handled by the Judge; authored preliminary letter opinions issued by the Judge; fielded attorney inquiries of the Court.
